Logistic Trainee

Job Summary

The Logistic Trainee will gain practical experience in various aspects of logistics operations within a manufacturing environment, supporting the efficient flow of materials and products.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist with the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling and documentation.
* Support inventory management activities, including stock counts, reconciliation, and data entry.
* Learn and apply company procedures for warehousing, material handling, and distribution.
* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, purchasing) to ensure timely material availability.
* Participate in the analysis of logistics data to identify areas for process improvement.
* Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports related to logistics activities.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized work environment in the warehouse and logistics areas.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the logistics team.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Proactive and eager to learn about logistics operations.
* Prior internship or relevant coursework in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is highly desirable.
