Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Manufacturing Engeenering is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Role with some autonomy but guided by established policies. Technical support of production dpt, define tool/maintenance in order to increase Efficiency and productivity.

Job Description

• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
• Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
• Support on Lean activity related to production and flow materials
• Technical support of production, define production rooting, measure the assembly time for each phase.
• MRP Policy: Measure & Improve the material ordering process to put them under control through the right MRP parameters set up – Safety stock, Minimum quantities, lot size, lead time –

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering or related discipline from an accredited university or college; or equivalent experience
• SAP MM, CA, CS, CO module knowledge
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Proven knowledge and experience in BOM creation and technical drawing analysis.
• proven experience in manufacturing plants
