Work mode: hybrid – 3 days per week from the Wave Office, Aleja Grunwaldzka 347, 80-309 Gdansk, Poland.

What You'll Do

• Develop and lead comprehensive, long-term content strategies across all marketing and social channels.

• Coordinate the creative output of content teams to ensure high quality and consistency.

• Act as the voice of the player internally, using insights and data analytics to build content and product roadmaps.

• Stay ahead of platform trends and new game releases to build relevant content.

• Define important metrics, track performance, and optimize strategies to demonstrate content efficiency.

• Hire, mentor, and manage a high-functioning, cross-disciplinary team.

• Collaborate with departments such as game development, publishing, marketing, and product teams for coordinated content efforts.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in content leadership or strategy roles within gaming, entertainment, or a related industry.

• Strong understanding of gaming culture, communities, genres, and industry trends.

• Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools to inform decision-making.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and influence collaborators.
