Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Manage and prioritize project tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in application development. - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle. - Hands-on experience in developing web applications using ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of web services and API integration. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A BE or equivalent degree with expertise in dot NET is required.
