We are currently recruiting for Engineers to join our team in Sydney, NSW.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide onsite technical support, completing repairs and preventative maintenance for Stryker-installed equipment.
  • Ensure the highest standards of service across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Develop strong, communicative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to enhance brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with our Senior Field Service Engineer to meet KPIs and goals.

What You Will Need:

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to operate small hand tools and perform troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Proven mechanical and electrical problem-solving skills.
  • A positive team attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Own vehicle and driver’s license; electrical license and tagging/testing experience are desirable.
