This position works out remote in the Diagnostics Division.

What You’ll Work On

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Applies highly developed specialist knowledge and skills in contract, bid, and proposal management and negotiation. Knowledge and skill would typically be acquired from several years of involvement in challenging selling environments.

At this level, the incumbent would be expected to be capable of instructing/advising others on more complex situations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

•Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the specific area.

•Responsible for preparing proposals/bids and negotiating contracts in response to sales opportunities.

•Activities include analyzing client tenders and requests for proposal documents.

•Collecting commercial, financial, and technical information required.

•Working with the sales team to understand and ensure the final proposal package meets contract terms.

•Ability to work with and manage multiple team members to complete RFP packages. Ensure call cadence with all team members.

•Preparing proposal and contract documents.

•Ability to work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to create customized responses to RFP packages.

•Vast understanding of the functionality of Word, Excel, and PDF enabling proposal package completion.

•Ability to adapt to and work within an automated RFP database.

•Ability to create or modify responses based on comprehensive product knowledge, using operation manuals etc.

•Previous experience completing RFPs; government and non-government accounts.

•Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree (± 16 years)
  • Experience/Background: Minimum 4 years

The base pay for this position is

$83,000.00 – $166,000.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
