The Proposal Manager oversees all aspects of proposal development for large deals, serving as the main liaison with the Bid Manager. They coordinate proposal strategy, content creation, and editing, ensuring alignment with pursuit goals. Additionally, they guide the pursuit team and subject matter experts in delivering compelling messaging for maximum client impact and differentiation.

Daily challenges:

  • Contributing to pursuit strategy development and determining the appropriate resource mix.

  • Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders to capture the proposal's big idea.

  • Leading key proposal quality best practice events, such as storyboarding, message map workshops and red team reviews.

  • Ensuring consistency of messaging across proposal documents and oral presentations.

  • Attending meetings to deepen understanding of the client and deal context.

  • Tailoring proposal content to meet client requirements and evaluation criteria.

  • Overseeing the proposal development process from initial content creation to final delivery.

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling content.

  • Proofreading and editing content to maintain consistency and achieve "One Voice."

eXperience and skills required:

  • Fluent in both Danish and English.

  • Experience as a Proposal Lead or Proposal Manager, tailoring proposal content to meet client-specific requirements.

  • Ability to lead and coordinate proposal development processes.

  • Proficiency in researching and articulating client organization's values and culture.

  • Strong writing skills

  • Skill in managing proposal timelines and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Understanding of business context and solution offerings.

  • Capability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
