The role

The skills and abilities you need

  • Proficiency in German (C1 or above)

  • Proficiency in English (C1 or above)

  • Customer-orientated approach

  • Good time management and multitasking skills

  • Willingness to learn and develop

  • Adaptiveness to a rapidly changing environment

 

Bonus points

  • Previous experience in customer service

  • Understanding of the stock market and the fintech industry

  

What you'll do

  • Communicate with clients in German/English

  • Deal with incoming inquiries via chat and email

  • Help clients get acquainted with our app

  • Troubleshoot account-related issues

  • Channel client’s feedback

  • Working on a schedule, organized in shifts
