What would you do? • As a Sales Support operations Analyst you are responsible for quote creation and order scenarios along with handling Customer queries and escalations • Strong teamwork and communication skills required. Ability to work with all internal departments in a professional manner • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee sales cycle and order related activities in Salesforce • Complete, deal management, quote creation and order processing by adhering to pre-defined SLAs. • Support account administration activities including completion of supplier Corporate Data forms, prepare and distribute License and ASC changes, Name change form, Transfers and Assignments including securing required approvals and submit required paperwork to Business Operations • • Depending on Business Need may be asked to participate as a Subject Matter Expert as designated Go to team for a specific topic(s) for new and existing Sales & Order Operations
What are we looking for? • Preparation of all Quotation proposals (simple 20 lines or less up to all quote types/sizes), legal forms, and licensing requests. Reviews quotations for completeness and in accordance with GAAP, accuracy and adherence to company policy for new and renewal sales efforts • Quote types may include Paid Up/TECS, Leases, WAN, Training/Learning Hub, Consulting support, Evaluations, $0.00 orders, FSA Drawdowns, Exchanges, Return/Rebill, Remote Site Creation • Partnering with an assigned group of Account managers or Sales Area, prepare, review, process and expedite sales orders and related workflow and services • Act as the contact for Ansys customer needs; responding to questions on order status, account issues; license configuration etc. for all new and renewal software orders as needed. • Administers renewal opportunity quotes within Salesforce; including revenue reconciliation activities; run Salesforce reports to track opportunities, follow up with customers and maintaining an accurate renewal forecast within Salesforce. • Involve appropriate customers and internal groups (Account Managers, inside sales, Legal, Business Operations etc.) to assure timely submission and processing of revenue • Research and understand historical accounts, product order history, discounting and/or special pricing situations to help with quote proposal generation as needed

Verifies order entry for completeness. Request and provide peer reviews to ensure accuracy • Meet regularly with account managers and SOOS teams to review opportunities and plan for end of quarter activity • May need to be a liaison to with technical staff to resolve License Portal access & license installation issues
