JOB SUMMARY:
Prologis is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia), based in Warsaw. In this key role, reporting to the Head of Marketing Europe, you will shape and execute innovative marketing strategies that fuel regional business growth and elevate brand awareness.
You will lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand growth, audience engagement, and measurable business results. Working cross-functionally with regional leaders, sales teams, and external partners, you’ll ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and global strategies. Your role will oversee both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing brand presence across the CE region.

Tasks and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels that align with CE business objectives, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and commercial outcomes such as web traffic and leasing opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, communications, and executive teams, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with broader and regional business goals and consistently executed across the CE region.
- Oversee the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, from brand-building initiatives to product promotions, optimizing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Leverage market analysis and competitor insights to identify trends and opportunities that enhance Prologis’ positioning in the region.
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- In partnership with the Web & Digital Marketing Manager, Europe, lead regional digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and retargeting, ensuring the Prologis CE website delivers optimal performance, user experience, and aligns with broader marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging digital assets and on-brand marketing collateral supporting sales and leasing.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging digital opportunities, enhancing Prologis’ digital presence across platforms and tools.
- Oversee marketing budgets for CE, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Build strong vendor and agency relationships to ensure effective campaign execution and regional marketing initiatives.
- Develop localized content and campaigns, aligning with global strategies and collaborating with European and global teams for consistent messaging.
Qualifications and experience
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B environments, with a strong focus on integrated and digital marketing. Experience in international teams and matrix structures is highly valued.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Creative thinker with a proven ability to develop impactful marketing content and campaigns.
- Exceptional project management skills, managing complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
- Data-driven mindset, using analytics to inform strategy and optimize performance.
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality execution and ROI.
- Proactive and goal-oriented, able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
