Job Summary:
Responsible for providing production support for Salesforce-based financial applications, ensuring system stability, user access management, and timely resolution of incidents impacting business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce Financial applications
Manage user lifecycle (creation, deactivation, role/profile/permission set assignment)
Troubleshoot login issues, access problems, and functional defects
Monitor and resolve P1/P2 incidents within SLA to minimize business impact
Support and maintain Salesforce configurations (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules)
Handle data-related tasks (data fixes, imports/exports, validation issues)
Work on reports, dashboards, and data accuracy issues for business users
Support Salesforce integrations and connected apps (API issues, token/auth errors)
Perform release support activities (deployments, validations, smoke testing)
Conduct access reviews and audit support for compliance (SOX, internal policies)
Maintain incident reports, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
Collaborate with business users, developers, and admins for issue resolution
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration
Strong knowledge of profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing model
Experience in incident management and production support
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud / Financial Services Cloud (preferred)
Understanding of SOQL, reports, and dashboards
Knowledge of data management tools (Data Loader, import wizard)
Basic understanding of Salesforce APIs and integrations
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certification (Admin)
Experience in financial domain applications
Exposure to release management and deployment tools
Soft Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication with stakeholders and end users
Ability to work in 24x7/on-call support model
Ownership of incident resolution and system stability
