40.11- 48.13 USD Per Hour

Working Location:

San Jose: North San Jose Center

Working Hours/Shift:

Part-Time , AM shift (8 am - 4 pm)

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):

  • Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing, required.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • One (1) year experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Valid California RN license.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.

How you will make a difference (job overview):

The Registered Nurse is responsible for performing all nursing duties and related nursing activities for clients. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for collaborating with ACT team members regarding the physical health needs of clients in the program.

Division/Program Overview:

  • The program sees adults (18+) and older adults. 
  • It is a FULLY community-based program - all services happen at a person's home or community. 
  • The clients have complex needs - medication, housing, vocational, independent living and mental health. 
  • The intensity for services for each client is about 10 hours per month and once we are fully up and running, we'll have a census of about 50 adults. 
  • We are preparing to also start an Adult Outpatient Program which this position would oversee as well. Eventually, this position will have all our Adult programs, including IHOT.
