Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • You are responsible for providing world-class Cl Surveillance Course {CSC) instruction.
  • Plan, conduct, and-debrief instruction of discreet CI surveillance operations in support of Cl missions (JAW EO 12333, the Intelligence Authorization Act, and the DoD 5240./6) so that graduates can proficiently conduct discreet CI surveillance and closely observe the activities of a person of CI interest without compromising a Cl investigation or operation.
  • Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel within the NCR. Travel within CONUS is required up to seven (7) times per year for two weeks each time.
  • You will provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship in OFCO support to CI.
  • Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI and CI polygraph or ability to obtain poly.
  • Three (3) years of demonstrated experience conducting, instructing, or supervising DoD Cl surveillance.
  • Possess expert knowledge of threat country foreign intelligence entities' (FIE) methodologies and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Experience as a JCITA Cl Surveillance Course Instructor or be a graduate of the JCITA Cl Surveillance Course.
  • Able to sit and stand for up to two (2) hours at one time, and be able to walk for up to five (5) miles in one day.

$64,400 - $135,100
