The role

We're seeking a passionate Corporate Actions Analyst to join our dynamic Trading 212 team. The primary focus of this position is processing both voluntary and mandatory corporate actions impacting stocks, ETFs, and other asset classes. As such, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring our client base enjoys a seamless, industry-leading trading experience

What you’ll do

• Process corporate actions such as stock splits, dividend distributions, open offers, acquisitions and spin-offs.

• Collate corporate actions on a daily basis using specialised primary and secondary data providers.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive corporate actions insights and support.

• Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies associated with corporate actions or any undisclosed issues.

• Complete comprehensive pre and post-execution reconciliations of corporate actions.

• Participate in static data instrument maintenance.

• Pursue processing excellence, upholding a "zero-margin for errors" standard.

• Monitor internal systems to optimise operational efficiency and address any potential disruptions promptly.

• Contribute to business development projects under the guidance of senior team members.

What you need to have

• Good understanding of financial markets.

• Experience with MS Office, with solid expertise in Excel.

• Relentless drive to learn.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Great problem-solving skills to find smart and practical solutions.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Fundamental understanding of corporate actions.

• Knowledge of SQL.

• Experience with Refinitiv, Bloomberg or alternative financial data providers.
