本ポジションは、がん診断およびセラノスティクス（診断×治療）領域における分子イメージング製品・パイプラインの医学的価値を最大化するMedical Advisorです。
日本市場におけるメディカル戦略の立案・実行を担い、国内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、科学的・臨床的視点で事業成長を支えます。

主な業務内容

• オンコロジー／分子イメージング領域におけるメディカル戦略の策定・実行
• 製品ライフサイクルに沿ったエビデンス戦略の構築、医師主導研究の評価・モニタリング
• 学会参加、アドバイザリーボード、専門家との面談を通じたインサイト収集
• 核医学・オンコロジー領域のKOLとの医学的ディスカッションのリード
• Medical Informationチームと連携した製品Q&Aコンテンツの作成・管理
• HCPからの高度な医学的問い合わせへの対応
• プロモーション資材等のレビュー・承認
• コンプライアンス・品質に関する課題の特定および是正対応

■ 応募資格（必須）

• 製薬会社または医療機器メーカーにおけるMedical AffairsまたはR&D経験（目安：2～3年）
• オンコロジー／泌尿器／核医学／放射線領域いずれかの知識・経験
• 日本のプロモーションコードを理解し、KOLと適切な医学的コミュニケーションができる方
• 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力（読み・書き・会話）
• 英語：読み書きレベル（資料の理解・作成、メール対応が可能なレベル）
• クロスファンクショナルな環境で主体的に動ける方

■ 歓迎要件

• MD / PhD / 薬剤師などのライフサイエンス系の上級学位・資格
• グローバルチームと協働できるビジネスレベルの英語力
• ローンチ前後のメディカル戦略の立案、もしくは遂行に関わった経験
• 医療経済、Real World Evidenceに関する経験
• 自律的に課題を設定し、実行できる方
