PURPOSE
The Executive Director of Islander Housing supervised by the Assistant Vice President for University Auxiliaries, will provide leadership and vision to Islander Housing. This role provides strategic leadership, administrative oversight, and operational management for Islander Housing. This position is responsible for creating a safe, student-centered residential environment that supports student success, engagement, and well-being. The Executive Director oversees housing operations, residence life, occupancy management, budgeting, staff leadership, crisis response, and long-term housing strategy aligned with the university’s mission and enrollment goals.

SALARY: $95,000 - $105,000/annually, approximately
$7,916.67 - $8,750/monthly
