Job Purpose:

  • Heading the region for Automotive EW & PPM Sales Volume
  • Managing a team of Area Sales Managers/Zonal Sales Managers
  • Responsible for Sales, Collections and OEM Relationship Management in their region

Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities-

  • Develop and maintain good relations with OEM RO and Motor dealers.
  • Drive the business of EW /PPM through OEM’s dealer Network.
  • Regular Review with Dealer Management on performance
  • Aggressive on numbers and committed on target achievement.
  • Ability to Manage and drive a big Sales team.
  • Manage Profitability for their Region.
  • Responsible for Outstanding collections from dealers.
  • Periodic review with dealer management and OEM on performance

Responsibility for the work of others:

3 to 4 Area Managers

Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • 12 Years of experience in Automotive, Motor Insurance, EW, RSA
  • MBA Preferred
  • Good experience in Team handling
  • Experience in Regional/Zonal Roles role.
  • Good Interpersonal skills and regional language is preferred.
  • Flexibility to Travel extensively across the Region for business enhancement.
  • Good Knowledge of Regional Markets and experience in handling OEM Regional teams
