The Institutional Retirement Onboarding and Maintenance group within Wealth Management Operations is responsible for onboarding and off-boarding retirement 401(k), Equity, Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation, and Employee Stock Purchase plans. The Deconversion Specialist is responsible for supporting all aspects of the deconversion process. Those tasks can include preparing data files for deliver, preparing asset transfer requests, reconciling plan assets, and generating custom plan reporting. The successful Deconversion Specialist will be able to manage multiple projects and appropriately prioritize tasks all while managing risk. The role requires individuals who are analytical in nature and have medium to advance Microsoft Excel skills.
