Provide operational support for internal tools developed and maintained by the tools team.

Analyze capacity and ensure the tools developed can properly scale.

Ensure our (internal and customer) tools are secure and using current frameworks and libraries.

Enforce development practices aligned to the company development standards.

Align the backlog prioritization with the Service Platform.
