Job Description:

The position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Policy and Plan related Adjustment and Reversal.

1. Processes the following service requests in accordance with the company’s procedures, standards and guidelines:

  • Advance Premium Payment Cancellation
  • FC Dep Validation
  • Plan Surrender Quote
  • Agents Deficiency Adjustment
  • Bounced Check
  • Change Dividend Option
  • Change Endowment Payout
  • Check Cancellation
  • Claims Adjustment
  • Clearing (Error Account)
  • Detailed Statement
  • Disbursement of Variable Fund (VARFU)
  • Dividend Reimbursement Report
  • Plan Surrender
  • Plan Termination Reimbursement Report
  • Plan Untagging
  • Posting of Disbursements
  • RTS Check Cancellation and Reversal
  • Special Account Adjustment and Reversal
  • Suspense Adjustment
  • Waiver

2. Performs the following as may be assigned:

  • Conducts user acceptance testing of new/enhanced system applications;
  • Prepares daily and monthly statistical reports; or
  • Prepares various pre-formatted correspondences and facilitates client’s computation requests using various worksheets within the scope or authority limit.

3. Reviews and recommends necessary adjustments related to the following transactions

  • APA Exception Report
  • APO Cancellation (Life)
  • APP Exemption Report
  • APP Misc. Suspense Register
  • APP Overdue Report
  • APP Zero Fund Balance report
  • Overloan Exception
  • Post Disbursement (Unposted CAS transaction)
  • Post Disbursement (Unreconciled Exception Rpt) 

4. Handles and resolves simple to complex inquiries inSales Force Email to Case related to minor and major accounts for processing and reversals from clients, advisors or internal business partners such as Client Care, Client Service Centers, Claims and New Business

6. Participates in continuous work improvement projects or client service initiatives
