The Salesforce Professional Services Global Delivery Centers (GDCs) supports consistent high-quality delivery across the globe as Salesforce grows. To deliver on this promise, GDC is expanding its capability and scale to support rapidly growing professional services.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The Director, GDC (Professional Services) - is a senior executive with a passion and experience for growing world-class high-performance teams and successfully delivering innovative IT professional services to enterprise customers. You'll work as part of a highly matrixed, cross-functional teams in close partnership and collaboration across services sales, regional delivery teams, customers, and wider ecosystem across Salesforce.
We are looking for an experienced professional services leader with proven experience in scaling professional services delivery centers in LATAM (Mexico City) & across the world.
As Director, you will lead the strategy for our LATAM GDC building & scaling a global delivery organization that focuses on creating and executing against a delivery hub strategy that supports 25% YoY growth.
This role reports to the VP of WW GDCs.

Strong partnership with GEOs and OUs to drive GDC's overall value proposition
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
15+ years of experience driving results across large company/multi functions.
10+ years in a leadership position in consulting / professional services.
10+ years of work experience in software-related professional services.
A senior leader able to operate effectively with C-level executives.
Significant experience with building, growing, and leading consulting delivery centers.
Strong business sense, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Willing to take action and results-driven.
Strong organizational and management skills to run multiple projects, responsibilities, and staff.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Exceptional relationship-building skills demonstrated by the ability to grow and nurture relationships with internal collaborators.
High energy and passion for the job.
Operational and financial management experience.
Strong interpersonal and soft skills.
Fluency in English is a must with Spanish or Portuguese first languages.
