Summary

Legends ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Host and Busser Positions for ASM-Premier Food Services, Inc. for the 2025 Summer Fair & Live Meet Horse Racing season. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Work in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
• Greet customers upon arrival
• Manage phone services — take reservations and takeout orders as well as answering customer questions about the restaurant and services
• Monitor servers and the tables they are responsible for
• Assist servers with clean-up and table preparation during rush hours
• Seat customers and/or provide them with an estimated waiting time
• Escort customers to tables and provide them with menus and information about daily specials
• Process payments made with cash or by card
• Itemize receipt of purchases
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.
• Maintain exterior and interior of restaurant (sweeping, organizing menus, etc.)

This position’s compensation is $17.45, not including tips.
