We are looking for someone with: 

  • University degree from reputable university
  • Experience in sales pension (DPLK) min. 3 years-experience
  • Understand DPLK product and all the regulation.
  • Target oriented
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Good communication, presentation & relationship skills

Nice to Haves: 

  • Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders 

On the job you will: 

  • Selling pension product (DPLK) through broker channel
  • Target oriented and have commitment with the target
  • Giving socialization, presentation, education, solution and work closely to broker and prospecting client about DPLK product
  • relationship & good communication with broker, prospecting client and internal ops
  • Regularly visit to broker to build relationship Collaborate with internal operation (CR, Claim, Pricing, BPU and others) for all the DPLK process
  • Respond to complaints, problem and question from broker/clients and collaborate with CR team and CS for giving the solutions
  • Weekly provide the report of sales and activity through sales dashboard
  • Performing weekly sales report, activity, other issues happens and solutions to the Head of Broker distribution
  • Making annualy initiative for broker campaign and discuss with the Head of Broker distribution
  • Involved in monthly meeting pension and investment market update
