Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of configured services across various platforms. You will work both remotely and onsite, collaborating with team members to enhance system performance and reliability while adhering to established operating models and processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the implementation of technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas. - Engage in basic and intermediate level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Gitlab CI/CD, Artifactory - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes. - Experience with version control systems and collaborative development environments. - Familiarity with scripting languages to automate tasks and improve workflows. - Knowledge of server and network management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Jira, Confluence, Gitlab CI/CD, Artifactory - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
