How you will make a difference:
As our Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the full recruitment process for our clients. You will ensure a high-quality, tailored service that meets each client’s specific needs, while also collaborating closely with international recruiters to connect top talent with the right opportunities.
Managing the Recruitment Process
Partner closely with clients to fully understand their hiring needs and expectations.
Write and publish engaging job advertisements to attract the right talent.
Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through targeted searches.
Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Client Relationship & Business Development
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients.
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and contribute to new business development.
Deliver tailored recruitment solutions that evolve with clients’ needs.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
