About the Role

The Real Estate Management Consultant provides strategic, analytical, and operational support to Real Estate Investment Principals overseeing Asset and Operations functions. The role ensures strong alignment between portfolio strategy and day to day operational governance by delivering data driven insights, implementing asset and marketing plans, supporting compliance and risk programs, and strengthening cross functional collaboration. Acting as a structured backup and surge capacity, the position safeguards continuity of critical processes while enhancing portfolio performance, operational discipline, and informed decision making.

Portfolio Strategy, Analytics & Performance Oversight

  • Provide portfolio‑level analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting across financial, leasing, operational, and ESG metrics.
  • Deliver scenario analysis and decision support to enable portfolio optimization and informed capital allocation.

Asset Strategy Execution & Market Performance

  • Support execution of approved asset, leasing, and marketing strategies for owned and investment properties.
  • Monitor asset performance and market positioning, providing insights to improve occupancy, rental performance, and competitive standing.

Risk, Audit & Compliance Management

  • Ensure compliance with AIA governance standards, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk frameworks across the real estate portfolio.
  • Coordinate audits, track remediation actions, and maintain audit‑ready risk, safety, and statutory documentation.

Portfolio, Entity & Lease Administration

  • Oversee lease administration, contract records, and monitoring of critical dates and obligations.
  • Maintain entity‑level governance documentation and support board, committee, and investment governance submissions.

Real Estate Transactions, Disposals & Legal Coordination

  • Manage documentation, due diligence, and tracking for foreclosed, distressed, and non‑core asset disposals.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel and internal stakeholders on title resolution, litigation monitoring, and regulatory processes.

Project, Vendor & Contract Performance Monitoring and Support

  • Monitor real estate project delivery, vendor performance, and third‑party service execution.
  • Support contract administration, renewals, and performance improvement initiatives in line with sourcing and governance policies.

Process Enablement & Operating Model Support

  • Develop, standardize, and maintain policies, SOPs, and playbooks across asset management, property operations, governance, and safety.
  • Ensure consistent application of approved processes and centralized access to current documentation.

Strategic Capacity Extension & Continuity Support

  • Act as a scalable extension of the Real Estate Principals by independently managing critical workstreams.
  • Ensure continuity of reporting, governance routines, stakeholder coordination, and decision support during peak periods or transitions.

  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
