What You Will Do 

The Technical Analyst Sr is responsible for all technical aspects related to the assigned projects to meet specific business requirements from the Business and IS groups. The TA, Sr works closely with other team members to ensure application availability and system maintenance. They act as the technical developer and lead on all assigned projects. 

  • Lead the development team on all assigned projects, coordinating the activities of developers to achieve breakthroughs and meet project deliverable dates. 
  • Analyze business requirements and establish project estimates in collaboration with technical resources. 
  • Coordinate all technical aspects related to assigned projects, including system design, development, deployment, code review, integration, and support. 
  • Deliver world-class products and services aligned with established quality standards. 
  • Continuously review and improve development processes and methodologies to achieve flawless business results. 
  • Ensure application designs are efficient, effective, and meet corporate quality standards. 
  • Work with the Application Manager and Development Manager to ensure continuous application support. 
  • Provide technical coaching and mentoring to other team members. 

What We’re Looking For 

We are looking for an exceptionally dedicated individual with a proven track record in the IT field. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong technical background and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. 

  • A university degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 
  • 6+ years of proven IT experience with an emphasis on Progress/Relational Database, Angular or Typescript, HTML, and CSS. 
  • Knowledge and experience in developing applications for the mutual fund/investment industry. 
  • Extensive experience with the full life cycle of software development. 
  • Solid experience in APIs development. 
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to prepare project documentation and presentations. 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills that are conceptual and innovative. 
  • Leadership skills with the ability to lead and influence others.
