What you will do

We are seeking an individual to join our marketing strategy & communications efforts, helping to drive the business strategy through the development and execution of strategic marketing and communications initiatives in support of our target audiences: real estate investors and borrowers. With a primary focus on real estate financing products and solutions, they will be responsible for collaborating with Marketing team members and the U.S. Debt and Agriculture senior leadership teams to elevate the brand and our capabilities and will also contribute to broader marketing communications efforts across the PGIM Private Alternatives platform. These activities include developing and refining marketing collateral and messaging, and implementing a distribution strategy across various channels, including direct mail and email campaigns, web, advertising and social media.

This role requires a strong communicator with the ability to see the big picture: contextualizing tactical business activities with the overall strategic priorities of PGIM Real Estate, synthesizing industry and business developments/trends, and leveraging the outputs of the broader Marketing team to deliver a cohesive client experience.

This team is working a hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days in office) in our Newark or New York City office.

What you can expect

  • Develop strong understanding of U.S. Debt and Agriculture platforms and audiences, as well a the broader PGIM Real Estate / PGIM Private Alternatives investment capabilities
  • Create relationships with senior leadership team and on-the-ground originations / production teams. Work in close partnership with Marketing Strategy & Communications teammate to help drive the marketing and content strategy for U.S. Debt and Agriculture businesses
  • Help to create and enhance marketing collateral that articulates our real estate financing products, capabilities, and insights
  • Partner with PGIM Advertising, Branding and Global Communications teams to drive and support key business initiatives, messages and thought leaders across earned and paid-for media
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing team members to ensure consistency in brand and message and execute distribution strategies
  • Manage expectations of key constituents through frequent and timely communication regarding status of deliverables

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in communications in financial services, asset management, or investment management
  • Experience with driving marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Strong writing and editing skills across multiple mediums including web, print and digital collateral, advertising, social media and announcements
  • Aptitude to learn quickly and apply industry developments and opportunities
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and client relationship management and email marketing technology, such as Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing cloud

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $95,000 to $115,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
