We are looking for candidates who are able to work a hybrid schedule out of Woodland Hills office.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Processes and organizes claim file information on large volume claims for one or more lines.

  • Assists Claims staff on moderately complex claims including claims with coverage questions or recovery potential.

  • Identifies opportunities to streamline claims procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)

  • Experience: Generally, a minimum of 6 years of experience in claim operations or customer service.

  • Scope of Job/Qualifications: Working knowledge of local, state, and federal insurance-related policies. Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a focus on prioritization. Working knowledge of claim data processing systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary Range:

$24.00 -$30.00
