The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications are efficient, reliable, and scalable, contributing to the overall success of business operations. Continuous engagement with evolving project demands and adapting solutions accordingly is a key aspect of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and experience with HANA database integration.
- Experience in developing and enhancing SAP modules to support business requirements.
- Ability to optimize code for performance and scalability within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting SAP applications to ensure quality deliverables.
- Understanding of data modeling and database design principles relevant to SAP HANA.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
