Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases to ensure smooth deployment and maintaining system stability throughout the application lifecycle. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across different environments. Collaboration and continuous monitoring are key aspects of the daily workflow to provide reliable and efficient application support.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to meet changing business needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on release schedules and system updates.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React.
- Experience with front end frameworks and libraries to build responsive and scalable user interfaces.
- Knowledge of integrating APIs and working with low-code platforms to extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and compatibility.
- Strong understanding of software configuration management and version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
