Description -
The Job Description (JD) for the Engineering Coordinator position has been updated to improve operational clarity and ensure alignment with departmental goals. These changes more accurately represent the responsibilities and expectations based on current practices and operational needs.
Job Description/Key Responsibilities
· Responsible on MT/ET process training until Engineering Certification upon TRF (Training Request Form) receive from Respective Department
· Coordinate & conduct core trainings and process related trainings as per training certification flow.
· Conduct both Theoretical & Practical training based on Training Packages, On-Job Assessment & Training Procedures.
· Responsible for MT/ET understand on process and procedure (theory & practical) as per documented in DMS system.
· Responsible for on job training and hands-on based on OJT checklist as per stated in HPMM Operation Training Certification Procedure.
· Responsible for gap trainings – Quality Alert Notification, QAN & Quality Acceptance Criteria, QAC, for process related and completed do training, briefing, re-briefing.
· Responsible to conduct TEI (Temporary Engineering Instruction) and Document Gap training to MT/ET upon Train the Train (TTT) session by Subject Matter Expert (SME)
· Responsible for documents up -rev for Quarterly Cross Functional audit.
· Responsible to ensure supervisor to provide Buddy name list.
· Responsible to publish certification status to manufacturing team.
· Accountable to develop internal process training package and buy-off by SMEs.
· Responsible to provide continuous process training improvement plan and align with process leads.
· Perform follow-up post Engineering certification on MT/ET’s performance.
· Responsible to conduct yearly refresher to MT & ET
· Responsible for self-upskilling based on process own.
· All Job related to collaborated with Engineers (Process/Equipment/Quality & System)
Working Hours/Shift System:
Permanent morning shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
4-3-3-4 shift system and Monday 4-3-3-4 shift.
