---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Insurance Operations Senior Analyst WORK SETUP: RTO Responsibilities: • Review and authorize procedures for handling legal documentation and inquiries, including guardianship, conservatorship, QDROs, Power of Attorney, and levy/guardianship matters. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all processing activities. • Lead efforts to correct Social Security records and validate income and deposit information for internal and external requests. • Administer beneficiary updates, particularly involving complex agreements. • Secure handling and updating of participant banking details in alignment with compliance and service standards. • Update participant address records using investigative tools such as Accurint and Equifax to maintain data integrity. • Coordinate with retained teams to resolve escalated or specialized cases. • Complete After-Call Work originating from inbound contact center interactions within Salesforce. • Conduct outbound calls to participants for high-value transactions or as needed OTHERS Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Project/Team Location: Muntinlupa Filinvest Axis Tower One

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS o College graduates o Open to college undergraduates o At least 2 yrs experience in Insurance back-office, and with Life Insurance and/or Retirement background o Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to investigate complex participant situations, interpret account activity, and provide clear, accurate findings to support Contact Center and escalations. o Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of translating complex retirement and insurance concepts into clear, customer friendly explanations for both agents and participants. o Solid understanding of retirement products, compliance requirements, legal documentation processes, back office functions such as recordkeeping, plan administration, or participant services o Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing retirement and insurance services is a plus. o Proficiency with research and data validation tools (e.g., Accurint, Equifax), CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus. o High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast paced, high volume environment, with flexibility to adapt to shifting assignments and cross–timezone support needs.
