Role Overview:
We are hiring a Supply Chain Projects and Planning BPO Lead to strengthen our Planning process excellence and support Huntsman’s ongoing digital and operational transformation.
In this role, you will drive continuous improvement of our Plan‑to‑Produce processes, lead regional and global supply chain projects, and ensure our planning systems (especially SAP PP/MM) are used to their full capability.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Supply Chain Projects and Planning BPO Lead, you will be responsible for:
Acting as Business Process Owner (BPO) for end‑to‑end Planning (Plan‑to‑Produce) processes.
Driving standardisation, governance, documentation, KPIs, and process improvements.
Leading regional and global planning and systems projects, ensuring strong alignment with global strategy.
Representing the EAME region in global PP/BPO forums and cross‑functional initiatives.
Serving as functional owner for SAP PP/MM, translating business requirements and supporting system design, testing, and deployment.
Retrieving, analysing, and interpreting SAP data to drive decision‑making and identify efficiency opportunities.
Supporting capability building, training, and knowledge sharing across planning communities.
Collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Quality, IT, Automation, PMO, and site operational teams.
Influencing stakeholders without direct authority and ensuring adoption of new processes.
Participating in process reviews and audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Experience and Competencies:
What we are looking for:
Strong background in Supply Chain Planning or Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.
Solid hands‑on experience with SAP PP/MM.
Strong process ownership mindset and experience in process mapping & continuous improvement.
Proven experience managing cross‑functional projects, ideally in multi‑site or global environments.
High IT literacy and eagerness to learn new digital tools (Power BI required; Databricks is a plus but learnable).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to interpret data and propose solutions.
Excellent communication skills with ability to convey technical/process topics to both operational teams and senior stakeholders.
Ability to influence without authority, combined with strong active listening and critical questioning skills.
Resilience, independence, and ability to deliver quickly in a complex environment.
