What You'll Do

Combine your experience in ecommerce, project management and gaming with your tactical thinking to work with a team of digital merchandisers in charge of all aspects of the player experience across the Epic Games Store promotional areas. Develop new standards to achieve best-in-class merchandising tactics and execution across the entire customer journey. Develop data-driven narratives with sound recommendations while being continually flexible to evolving business objectives

In this role, you will

  • Plan, track, and maintain program schedule with daily updates and modifications based on business needs as defined by Epic
  • Execution of digital merchandising in the EGS Client Management Software (“CMS”), including image and copy localization requests
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and automation and work cross-functionally on implementation
  • Collaborate closely with product and campaign teams to provide accurate, discrete, and on-time project management of all assigned tasks in EGSM Confluence, Asana, and Jira environments
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects without leaking sensitive information
  • Collaborate with the Epic Product team on the development of new features for digital merchandising, including generating briefs and participating in development meetings for steering and project tracking.
  • Conduct analytical reporting to identifying under/overperforming content to increase value for performant titles and overall volume of products rotating through our premium surfaces

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of marketing, industry experience, CMS and or digital merchandising experience or other related and relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience with project management platforms including but not limited to Jira and Confluence
  • Project management experience and coordinating deliverables across several stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results within a matrixed environment through cross-group collaboration, influencing others and clarity of decision making
  • Laser-focused attention to detail with a high sense of accountability, flexibility and self-learning

  • Game industry experience is preferred

Pay Transparency Information

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
