What is the Global Creative Studio team responsible for?

The Global Creative Studio team sit within Global Marketing and support the creative strategy and execution across Franklin Templeton’s global business functions to reach clients around the world.  The video and digital events team deliver best in class client experiences to help increase and retain AUM.  As Producer you will continuously look to enhance the look/feel of the multimedia content produced; stay up to date on new capabilities; implement brand standards; manage the recording capacity/calendar while meeting stakeholders’ needs; and be able to educate stakeholders about best practices and analytics.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of Digital Events Producer, US & Americas?

Build and Execute Webinar or In-Person Event Productions

  • Help communicate and coordinate webinar or in-person event production plans

  • Coordinate promotion of webinars, working with marketing partners including, but not limited to Email, Marketo, regional marketing teams, and the Social Media team

  • Coordinate the proper approval process for webinar events and replays based on the type of event

  • Coordinate graphic themes per event within brand standards

  • Run webinar events

  • Provide post-event analysis, including analytics and learnings

  • For in-person event survey site and map equipment needs for cost-effective, high quality execution

  • Produce pre-recorded and live online events using programs such as ON24, Socialive and Teams, provide support to the a new fully functioning studio in New York and help organize events centered around it’s production

  • Coordinate with the global team to achieve organizational objectives and will represent the Creative Studio across regions with business partners & leaders.

Quality Control, Reviewing and Driving Change

  • Quality check transcripts and subtitles for videos, podcasts and webinar content to ensure accuracy

  • Help to facilitate ideation sessions with key stakeholders to help transform and simplify digital client experience improvements

  • Organize and present key data points to help champion improved personalization and customization


What ideal qualifications, skills and experience would help someone be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 5-years of related experience

  • Experience in Financial Services an advantage but not a pre-requisite

  • Uses industry standard software and related technologies e.g. ON24, Socialive and Teams Live

  • Comfortable working directly with clients/partners to explore briefs and execute events

  • Co-lead the US projects, give feedback to other producers and present to clients

  • Explore common design problems and seek creative solutions

  • Ability to inspire and nurture creativity within the team

  • Vision to create a culture of continuous personal development               

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint         

  • A team player who can collaborate with multiple partners in a global team at all levels of the organization including Executives

  • This role is part of the Global Video and Digital Events team and event production coverage in the US time zone this role is based in on the US East Coast

There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation. We expect the salary for this position to range between $75,000 - $87,000.
