Job Summary

Stewart is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Agency Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in fostering the growth and success of independent title agencies by promoting Stewart's comprehensive suite of services and solutions. Leveraging a consultative sales approach, you will analyze market trends while discovering specific needs to identify new opportunities and cultivate lasting relationships with title agencies. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, passionately dedicated to helping agencies navigate daily challenges, enhance operational efficiency, and drive sustained business growth.


Job Responsibilities

  • Relationship Development: Prospect for and develop new agency relationships by establishing a foundation of trust, enabling collaborative problem-solving, education, and the implementation of innovative solutions.

  • Consultative Sales & Support: Serve as a primary consultant to title agents, attorneys, and real estate professionals, providing expert guidance on regulatory compliance, technology integration, marketing support, and adherence to title industry best practices.

  • Business Growth & Strategy: Focus on assisting agents with the day-to-day challenges of running a title agency while also actively helping them grow their business by presenting a wide selection of Stewart's tools, expertise, and resources designed to build client relationships and increase repeat business.

  • Market Analysis & Solution Selling: Analyze market trends and industry shifts to proactively identify agency needs and position Stewart's services and solutions effectively, always educating clients first and guiding them to select the best solutions for their real estate transactions.

  • Sales & Training: Drive sustained growth through the creation and implementation of business strategies, fueled by a passion for sales coaching and working with agency personnel in the area of relationship building.

  • Technology Enablement: Manage and train agency personnel on the latest e-commerce, social media, and CRM platforms, providing unique service and support to our agency network.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal Stewart teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred


Experience

  • Experience in consultative sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the title insurance, real estate, or financial services industry.

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

  • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing market trends and industry dynamics.

  • Strong understanding of title agency operations, challenges, and growth opportunities.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor, educating clients and guiding them through complex decisions.

  • Experience with sales coaching, training, and implementing business growth strategies.

  • Proficiency in leveraging e-commerce, social media, and CRM platforms for business development.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Ability to travel as needed.
