Job Description:

Should have minimum years of experience as mentioned in the skillset given below.

·         Lead Tools team on Application Performance /Operations/ Monitoring.

·         Approve changes in Tools domain triggered by L2 Tools resource

·         Work closely with the bank technical consultant

·         Review performance trends on periodic basis

·         Act as problem management lead

·         Act as highest technical escalation point within the bank operation team

·         Forecast growth and align technology changes to meet committed service level

·         Tracking the SLAs for Levels 1 – 4 support

·         Proactive planning based on metrics

·         Coordination among the various stake holders in service delivery to Bank

·         Risk & Escalation Management and ensure compliance to SLA

·         To deliver high-level customer satisfaction in implementation and operations of all Tools. 

·        Effective management of Tools resource and driving Tools Application delivery performances through stringent quality and process control. Responsible to handle Tools team and across the branches and manage customer expectation

·         Should have minimum 8 years of experience in relevant technology in a Data Centre environment.

·         Preference will be given to candidate having Should have certification in any EMS Tools Administration.

Experience : 10 - for Graduate in Engineering/MCA or equivalent 14 - for Others

Education Qualification Graduate in Engineering preferably in Computer Science & Engineering/ IT/ ECE or BCA/MCA or 3 year Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering/ IT/ ECE or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT or any graduate/postgraduate or equivalent from university / institute recognized by the Govt. of India or its regulatory body
