What You Will Do *

This role is responsible for developing and supporting site capacity planning with Operations from SIOP function to meet customer demand, align with business growth, and achieve operational objectives. The position ensures alignment between demand forecasts, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and resource requirements through effective SIOP processes, data-driven decision making, and financial reconciliation to support executive decision-making.

In addition, the role serves as the site focal point for material master management, planning data integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting NPI and product transitions, driving data governance and process standardization, and transforming manual planning and reporting activities into automated and scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and planning effectiveness.

Qualifications You Must Have *

• Bachelor Degree (Preferably major in Economics, Statistics, Business or relevant fields)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Comfortable with large data and able to handle large amount of data
• Good working experience with ERP systems (SAP)
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experiences

Qualifications We Prefer

• Prior experiences in Manufacturing environment preferably in Aerospace industry
