What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a Business Banking team across the Region.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership experience in business or commercial banking.
• A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
• Strong credit and risk expertise, with a sharp commercial mindset.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-first approach.
• A track record of driving business growth and delivering results.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Commerce (preferred).
• Outstanding communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
