As part of Recorded Future’s Global People team, the People Generalist will be the first point of contact for the company, assisting our Futurists in your region with overall HR questions. In this role, you will oversee various processes throughout the Futurist Life Cycle, including promotions, transfers, reorganisations, offboarding, and other various job changes. In partnership with the greater Global People team, you will create seamless world-class employee experiences while looking for opportunities to scale and create efficiencies. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create send out promotion/transfers letters via Workday for the EMEA/APJ region. Audit details regarding promotion/transfer letters and partner with regional People Partners when needed
  • Oversee other routine job changes such as manager changes or large reorganisations. Partner with managers to ensure Workday is updated
  • Assist with aspects of the offboarding process, which includes Workday processing, calendar invites, offboarding documents, etc. 
  • Assist with payroll documentation and organisation
  • Oversee routine and adhoc Workday audits to ensure data cleanliness
  • Partner with the greater People team to implement improvements across various processes throughout the life cycle utilising Workday
  • Create and maintain process documentation 
  • Assist with any issues pertaining to time off in EMEA/APJ

Qualifications:

  • Ability to think quantitatively as well as qualitatively
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications, specifically strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including creation and utilization of formulas, tables, charts, and graphs
  • Ability to excel in high volume, high stress situations
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking skills and resourcefulness
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mentality
