Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain business continuity and system reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based services and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in a multi-component system landscape.
- Ability to analyze logs, monitor system health, and perform root cause analysis effectively.
- Familiarity with incident management and change management processes in IT service delivery.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
