We are seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager for our project team at one of the largest P&G plants in the world, located in Novomoskovsk, Tula region.

In the role you will be involved in implementing large-scale projects related to the modernization and procurement of new equipment, IT systems, optimizing production and logistics processes, and introducing new technologies at our Novomoskovsk plant and distribution center.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Manage projects from initial assessment to final implementation and startup.

• Solve complex issues related to projects, technologies, and equipment, while optimizing procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

• Utilize modern and innovative solutions for project implementation.

• Apply agile methodologies to quickly address technical challenges and deviations.

• Develop and document project documentation, and collaborate with external developers and contractors.

• Work in partnership with other teams, such as production departments, logistics, technical teams, and engineering groups throughout the project implementation and technology integration processes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary starting from 330 000 rubles gross

• Annual bonus

• Relocation and housing support (22 000 RUB net/month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications

• Readiness for relocation to Novomoskovsk (Tula region) with company support.

• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management related to production, logistics processes, and equipment.

• Experience in budgeting and cost control for projects, as well as in the selection of equipment and contractors.

• Ability to identify and initiate projects that foster team dynamics, organizational culture, and best practices.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team of technical specialists.

• High level of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
