The Global Channel, Sales Innovation and Operations Organization is part of Commercial Organization in HP and leads the stimulating digital transformation with the expected outcome to become a more experience-driven organization. It is a strategic function that helps drive HP’s Digital Transformation and Innovation in Sales processes including our Channel Partners.

The Global Channel, Sales Innovation and Operations builds relationship with HP Customers, Partners as well as dedicated HP Sales Teams, understanding operational business models, identifying challenges in the operational process, and finding solutions on how to improve HP interlock in the operational environment.

As part of the Global Channel, Sales Innovation and Operations, the Strategy and Planning Team, drives standardized strategies, planning and execution processes across Global Channel, Sales Innovation and Operations. You will be part of a global team of highly engaged and capable colleagues supporting the organizational charter.


The Sales Operations Business Resource Planner – Fullstack Developer will support in designing and implementing web tools used to track organizational and investments operating expenditures. You will assist in defining and executing the implementation of these tools accurately and following the process definition, as well as to assure quality data is inputted and outputted in/from the system, with the unique objective to ensure spend and head count are managed within the budgeted levels. You will be accountable for the good data quality and responsible for supporting the implementation of any improvement suggestions in regards tools and data.

 

To reach the above objective you should:

  • Keep monthly maintenance of the data in the web based BRP tools aligning this data to HP’s systems of records, Financial and Workforce ones.
  • Manage automated reporting packages for internal as well as for stakeholders use
  • Enter data in tools either manually or create an ETL process.
  • Support business planner if any technical issues arise.
  • Assure Data Quality within the Business Resource Planning Tools.
  • Give feedback to design and implement Automation micro-Systems for the Business Resource Planning Tools.
  • Support and co-own the creation and implementation of fully automated Dashboards, Metrics (for example Workload Drivers, Affordability Metrics, Return of Investment analysis, etc.)            

 

You should bring with you:

  • You must have Full stack development knowledge using Microsoft power platforms and JavaScript. Proficiency in JavaScript is must
  • Knowledgeable in concepts like dashboard, metrics, YoY, as %-age of, etc.
  • Designing and building optimized data pipelines using cutting-edge technologies in power platform.
  • Constructing infrastructure for efficient ETL processes from various sources and storage systems.
  • Collaborating closely with Infrastructure and Business resource planner to design technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Leading the implementation of algorithms and prototypes to transform raw data into useful information.
  • Architecting, designing, and maintaining database pipeline architectures, ensuring readiness for AI/ML transformations.
  • Creating innovative data validation methods and data analysis tools.
  • Ensuring compliance with data governance and security policies.
  • Interpreting data trends and patterns to establish operational alerts.
  • Developing analytical tools, programs, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Preparing data for prescriptive and predictive modelling.
  • Continuously exploring opportunities to enhance data quality and reliability.
  • Applying strong programming and problem-solving skills to develop scalable solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong and trusted working relationships with stakeholders L3s of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detail and quality of deliverables.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, passion, and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proactiveness towards simplification and automation tools.
  • Power BI Knowledge and Sharepoint knowledge are of advantage"
