<title>About the role</title>

As an Operations Specialist will have a direct and tangible impact on local ride-hailing operations that you can see in real-time. You will be working closely with the Operations Manager where your work will have a direct impact on the business growth through achieving supply milestones and key metrics.

• <point>Create and optimise processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run operations</point>
• <point>Collaborating with local operations and other local/HQ teams to streamline relevant processes and suggest improvements</point>
• <point>Hands-on supply management in Poland - working autonomously and taking initiatives through the stages of driver acquisition, conversion and activation</point>
• <point>Analyse data – you will monitor our supply performance, quality and city operations metrics to ensure solid supply coverage and utilisation</point>
• <point>Develop and execute strategies/initiatives to increase our operational efficiency and solve relevant operational challenges</point>

• <point>You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Polish</point>

• <point>You are passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing</point>
• <point>You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently</point>
