Job Description:

This detail-oriented person whom will be responsible for all of the coordination of catered events. Communicates with our clients and CoxHealth staff to ensure the events are executed to the highest standard. The position is also responsible for day to day food service operations. The catering coordinator must work well with a team, have excellent customer service skills, and a strong ability to supervise and coordinate with staff.

Education:
▪ High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:
▪ No Prior Experience Required
▪ Preferred: Two or more years catering and supervisory experience

Skills:
▪ Knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
▪ Excellent communication skill: both verbal and written. Ability to communicate on various levels to include management, client, customer, and associate levels.
▪ Supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
▪ Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
