Responsibilities
Manage warehouse operations, ensuring organization, cleanliness, safety, and accurate inventory control.
Oversee stock management, including cyclic inventory counts, material flow, and reconciliation of incoming and outgoing packaging materials.
Lead and supervise packaging operations, including preparation, cleaning, maturation, and reuse of temperature-controlled packaging solutions.
Manage dry ice and thermal material preparation, usage, and cost control.
Ensure strict compliance with local and international regulations, including OAS, IATA, DGR, and applicable health and safety standards.
Coordinate inspections, qualifications, and audits in partnership with the Local Quality Coordinator and Operations leadership.
Conduct and support Monthly Inspection Reports (SIRs) and follow up on corrective actions.
Ensure accurate documentation, system updates, and reporting related to shipments, packaging, and warehouse activities.
Maintain frequent communication with international offices and global packaging teams to align on best practices and reusable packaging standards.
Develop and implement improvements to packaging processes and solutions, including support for new packaging initiatives.
Train, coach, and develop warehouse, packaging, and driver teams on operational procedures, safety, and packaging handling.
Act as a key escalation point for operational incidents, providing remote support during weekends or holidays when required.
Support leadership succession by developing team members with potential to grow into future supervisory or managerial roles.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Production Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Work Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.
Proven experience managing warehouse operations and frontline operational teams.
Experience working with temperature-controlled logistics and packaging solutions is highly preferred.
Exposure to regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, biological samples, or dangerous goods is a plus.
Skills and Knowledge
Advanced or fluent English (mandatory)
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing operational teams
Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and packaging workflows.
Experience with temperature-controlled packaging, cold chain management, and reusable packaging systems is a plus
Familiarity with dangerous goods regulations (IATA, DGR) and pharmaceutical logistics is highly preferred.
Strong numerical, analytical, and cost-control skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on, proactive leadership style with the ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced environment.
