Summary:

The Senior Director of Financial Operations is responsible for leading OneDigital’s Finance Integration and Sales Compensation departments, providing strategic support over producer compensation policies and systems and acquisition integration while ensuring the department maintains excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

assisting department management with development and training of staff, supervising the accuracy and implementation of producer compensation policies and procedures, and resolving complex finance inquiries

Duties:

  • Assess policies, processes, and systems for administering variable compensation plans
  • Make recommendations for improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability to meet internal stakeholder demands and company guidelines
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of OneDigital’s financial reporting policies and processes, including supporting systems to ensure effective integration of acquired businesses
  • Manage team of direct reports, including hiring, performance management, and talent development to meet individual goals and departmental objectives
  • Respond to inquiries from senior leadership regarding financial results and special reporting requests
  • Perform other tasks as required

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area;
  • CPA preferred
  • Experience in insurance brokerage or financial services industries highly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft GP highly preferred
  • Ten to twelve plus years of experience in a complementary financial position;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; Expert Excel skills

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
