Work Flexibility: Hybrid

- Provide administrative support to customers and coordinate overall sales activities

- Support the commercial activities of the team, ensuring all information and processes are effective and accurate

- Provide close supports and coordination between sales staff and customers in

a professional manner

- Provide keen supports for direct sales activities (order / billing / closing etc..) in a positive manner.

- Improve overall process of direct sales and billing system to support better

- Prepare a report analyses in product/customer/sales status.

- Manage ordering process, product delivery, shipment, and regularly follow up the ordering activities and delivery

- Provide the product information, availability, and pricing to the customers in accordance with guidelines and compile the customer’s feedback or complaints to improve business effectiveness.

- Create and maintain databases as required for sales purposes.

- Support IC related works and communication such as contract / agreement / commission / cash discount / BEP / Promotion / Inventory level check-up  etc.

- Maintain advanced working knowledge of all customer service process.

Position Requirements

  • Required bachelor degree or equivalent education certificate.
  • At least 3-4 Years of experience in sales admin / CS / or related works preferred
  • Experiences in medical or healthcare related preferred
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Must demonstrate strong sense of urgency and capable of functioning in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities and have excellent follow up skills
  • English communication skill preferred
