What this job involves:
As a Move Coordinator at JLL, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Move Add Change (MAC) Team through the planning and seamless execution of relocations, logistic moves, furniture reconfigurations, and IT systems coordination. This position is at the heart of our workplace transformation efforts, requiring direct engagement with client site populations and a genuine commitment to exceptional service delivery. You'll work collaboratively with business partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure every move—whether small group transitions or large-scale relocations—runs smoothly and efficiently. Success in this position requires strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a client-first mindset throughout every phase of the move process.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key business partners, vendor partners, and the MAC Team to ensure seamless coordination
Manage weekly small or large group moves, implementing move plans in accordance with approved occupancy strategies
Coordinate with Facilities Management teams, Project Delivery Services teams, and move vendors on furniture installation and reconfiguration related to relocations
Work closely with project managers to deliver all work within agreed-upon timeframes and scope parameters
Conduct pre-move walkthroughs to verify spaces are fully prepared and ready to receive occupants
Track all tasks, schedules, and deliverables related to move activities to maintain project momentum
Ensure all moves are performed consistently with documented processes and adhere to established schedules
Support change management initiatives as they pertain to evolving workspace configurations and work styles
Provide trending analysis and insights to improve client awareness of the MAC process and identify optimization opportunities
Required qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in project coordination or technology coordination
Strong working knowledge of move processes and logistics
Experience with database work order systems or Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), preferably Planon
Proven ability to develop excellent client relations and consultation skills
Superior oral and written communication skills with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe
Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in corporate real estate or facilities management environments
Familiarity with change management principles and practices
Background in process improvement or operational excellence initiatives
Experience conducting post-implementation surveys and reporting on findings
